Spring is here. Time to take off the rust of winter and get outside again. Also Dr. Fletcher will have more speaking opportunities in Las Vegas this spring with athletes at GPP endurance camps. Signing up for endurance camps or 5K, 10K, half marathons is a great way to get spring training started.
