The time has come to break the ice! It has been a long, cold and snowy winter but the race season has slowly crept up on a lot of us. It starts this weekend when Dr. Fletcher, along with 10 other local triathletes, will be kicking off his 2013 race season by competing in the Oceanside, California 70.3 Ironman. Normatec recovery boots, Active Release Technique (ART) along with hard work were the main components in this group of athletes arsenal. We don’t need to wish them luck since they have worked so hard! Have a great race!
